2023-1학기 외국인 신입생 학생증 신청에 관해 아래와 같이 안내합니다.

1. 모바일 학생증 발급

- '학생증' 기능만 필요한 경우,  '킹고M' 애플리케이션 설치하신 후 "모바일학생증" 기능을 사용하시기 바랍니다.

2. 학생증 카드 발급(은행계좌 개설/연결 기능 등 포함)

  - 아래의 서류를 준비하여 우리은행에 직접 방문하여 카드 발급을 신청하세요 -> 가급적 '오전 시간' 중 방문하시기 바랍니다.

  - 방문 은행(우리은행)

    · 인사캠: 서울시 종로구 성균관로 31 유림회관 1층 우리은행 성균관대학교지점(02-766-5329~311, 210)

    · 자과캠: 경기도 수원시 장안구 서부로 2066 성균관대학교 복지회관 2층 (031-293-7091~200, 210)

  - 구비서류(아래 중 본인에게 해당하는 내용을 확인하세요)

    1) 외국인 등록증(ARC) 보유자: 외국인등록증, 재학증명서 ->> 구비서류가 가장 적고, 처리절차가 편리함

    2) 외국국적동포 국내거소신고증 또는 재외국민 주민등록증 보유자: 재학증명서, 출입국사실증명원(한국 체류 183일 이상, 주민센터 발급)

    3) 여권 보유자: 여권, 재학증명서, 본국 신분증*, 임대차계약서 또는 기숙사 거주 확인서**

       (단, 출입국관리소에 이미 외국인등록증 신청 접수를 한 경우, 외국인등록증 발급이 완료된 후 상기 1번 조건에 맞게 신청할 수 있음)

       * 해당국가 신분증: 납세관련 목적

       ** 기숙사거주확인서: 거주지 증빙 목적

  ※ 재학증명서, 기숙사거주확인서 등은 학교 홈페이지에서 발급 가능합니다.

<Notice regarding the student ID card application process for int'l freshmen in spring 2023>

1. Mobile Student ID

- Students who need to student ID function only are advised to use the Mobile Student ID(QR code) through 'Kingo M' application.

2. Student ID Card(with a banking functions)

  - Please visit Woori Bank branch with the documents below. -> Please visit in the morning(10AM~12AM)

  - Visit&Contact: WOORI Bank

    · Seoul Campus: 31 Sungkyunkwan-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul (02-766-5329~311, 210)

    · Suwon Campus: 2F, Shop&Service Center, Suwon Campus (031-293-7091~200,210)

  - Required Documents(Please check your condition between 1)~3) below)

    1) ARC(Alien Registration Card) holder: ARC, Certificate of Registration(school) ->> "Less required documents and simple procedures"

    2) <Certificate of Declaration Domestic Regidence> holder(Ethnic Korean of foreign nationality), or <Registration Card for Korean Nationals Residing Abroad> holder

        : Certificate of Registration(school), Certificate of Entry&Exit(more than 183days of stay in Korea / can be issued from a community center)

    3) Passport holder: Passport, Certificate of Registration(school), ID Card of home country*, Room rental contract or Dormitory residence certificate**

(However, if you already submitted application for  ARC at the immigration office, then you only can follow 1) above after receiving your ARC)

      * ID Card of home country: purpose related to tax payment

    ** Dormitory residence certificate: purpose related to prove residence
