학생들의 원활한 외국인등록증 및 비자발급을 위하여 온라인으로 단체 접수를 진행하오니 아래 일정 및 유의사항을 확인하시고 해당 기간 내에 반드시 신청을 완료해주시기 바랍니다.

1. 모든 접수의 진행 절차는 이메일로 안내됩니다.  접수 업체에서 해당 절차를 원활하게 안내할 수 있도록 사용 가능한 이메일 주소를 신청 시 기입해주시기 바랍니다. (* QQ메일은 수신에 어려움이 있으니 기입 자제 요망)

2. STEM 장학생 등 대학원 전액 장학생의 경우, 빠른 장학금 수령을  위해 개별 접수를 강력히 권장합니다.

OISS conducts an online group application for the smooth issuance of Alien Registration Cards and Visas.

Enrolled students needed to do alien registration must complete the application within the applicable period.

1. All application procedures will be informed by email. Please provide a usable email address when filling out the application form so that the receptionist can guide you through the process smoothly. (* QQ mail is difficult to receive, so please provide a different email address.)

2. Graduate Students receiving full-ride scholarships (Eg. STEM scholarship) are strongly recommended to apply for Alien registration by him/herself to get the scholarship in time.
