“eDISC”Workshop for SKKU International Students
OISS has prepared a Workshop as follows to support the employment and career of our SKKU international students. We hope many students will participate.
▣ What is Extended DISC?
It is an "extended" test to analyze not only conscious behavioral tendencies but also unconscious behavioral tendencies. It diagnoses human behavioral types by dividing them into four types: thinking, emotions, senses, and intuition. Currently, it is used as a tool for career and employment counseling for college students in Korea. It is widely used in HR for hiring new employees, job placement, organizational diagnosis, and leadership education.
▣ eDISC Special lecture objectives
○ A comparison between my natural tendency and behavioral type according to environmental influences
○ Identify my strengths and weaknesses
○ A job search that matches my characteristics and behavioral tendencies
▣ Course work
○ On spot eDISC diagnosis test (takes only around 15 minutes)
○ Receiving and checking of the diagnosis results (on spot email check)
○ Brief lecture on characteristics description according to behavior type
○ eDISC Profile Analysis Practice
※ Workshop language will be given in English
▣ Date&Venue: April 12.(Fri.) 3:30–5:30 PM, (NSC) Student Center, Assembly Hall
※ Participation fee: Free
※ SKKU School calendar will be provided as a souvenir to the participants.
▣ Eligible Applicants
○ SKKU International student (Undergraduate & Graduate students)
※ There is a limit on the number of students to improve training efficiency.
