Position: Technical Call Center Agent
Working Location: Zhangjiang - Shanghai, China

What we offer
- Remote support the customers in product proposal, trouble shooting and any technical enquiries by phone, Email and web chat.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with the customer base both internally and externally.
- Maximizes customer satisfaction in an effort to grow sales revenue in adhesive.
- Helps coordinate additional resources as required (database, product management, ISO QMS)
Who we are looking for
- Bachelors' degree in Polymer or Chemistry
- Fresh graduates are accepted
- Korean is essential
- Excellent in English and Chinese Mandarin communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- A good team-player
